A great spot close to all the bars and shops around smith st. They guys could not have been more hospitable, the flat has a plenty of space as well as a huge terrace!
Paul was beyond accommodating and really went above and beyond to help us with a very last minute reservation after my parents housing fell through. The apartment is so special, with a fire place, great light and beautiful patio. It's a beautifully curated, comfortable space that really feels like a home. Great access to subway and a phenomenal neighborhood just add to the many charms.
Paul is a great host, perfect amount of information and was always available for questions and recommendations.
The pad itself was clean and tidy and in a perfect location for seeing Brooklyn in its true light.
There were indeed some characters milling around (outside) but all very friendly and totally harmless.
Good selection of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance.
Amazing record collection - truly amazing. Just remember to put them back in order!
We would indeed stay there again.
