This steller home was built in the late 1800's, and recently received a full renovation. While care was taken to restore and retain the historical integrity of the home and it's unique architectural detail, modern amenities were added and the overall aesthetic was updated. The result is a unique blend of old and new - the comforts of today and the character of yesteryear.
The rental includes full use of the home including living, cooking, and sleeping spaces. 3 large private queen bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 3 comfortable couches can accommodate a couple more guests if needed. There is also ample outdoor space including porch, deck, gazebo, and yard.
Interaction with Guests
As this is a whole-house rental, you'll have a private and quiet space of your own, though I am available as needed to ensure to your stay is smooth and enjoyable. I'm happy to make recommendations on places to see during your stay in the Music City. Let me know in advance if there is anything in particular you'd like to do or see while in town or if there are any issues during your stay.
East Nashville is vibrant and eclectic. One of Nashville's oldest neighborhoods dating to the mid-nineteenth-century, historic structures meld with new residents including musicians, young professionals and others who are drawn to the area's creative vibe, great food and drink and proximity to downtown. The home is walking distance to Eastland Cafe (upscale American dinner and great happy hour), Rosepepper Cantina (delicious margaritas and Latin fare), Silly Goose (farm to table cuisine) and many other well-known Nashville establishments. And because of the central location, a short drive will get you to Opryland, West End, Green Hills, Downtown or Nashville's other iconic neighborhoods.
There is plenty of street parking if you come with a car. The house is also one block from the bus or a quick cab ride to other parts of town ($8 to downtown via Uber car service). Downtown is 3 miles from the house, and the airport is 10 miles.
Other Things to Note
There are listed check-in and check-out times to accommodate other arriving and departing guests, but flexibility can be given when consecutive nights are not booked. No pets, please, and note that the home is not setup ideally for children. And reach out to me if you have any questions!
