Modern luxury meets historical character in this spacious turn-of-the-century home packed with amenities. Prime location - just 3m to downtown, 1m to Five Points or walking distance to a dozen local restaurants/bars. 3 queen rooms accommodate 6.

The space

This steller home was built in the late 1800's, and recently received a full renovation. While care was taken to restore and retain the historical integrity of the home and it's unique architectural detail, modern amenities were added and the overall aesthetic was updated. The result is a unique blend of old and new - the comforts of today and the character of yesteryear.

Guest access

The rental includes full use of the home including living, cooking, and sleeping spaces. 3 large private queen bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 3 comfortable couches can accommodate a couple more guests if needed. There is also ample outdoor space including porch, deck, gazebo, and yard.

Interaction with guests

As this is a whole-house rental, you'll have a private and quiet space of your own, though I am available as needed to ensure to your stay is smooth and enjoyable. I'm happy to make recommendations on places to see during your stay in the Music City. Let me know in advance if there is anything in particular you'd like to do or see while in town or if there are any issues during your stay.

Beautiful house in East Nashville, incredibly spacious, lovely garden and patio area to enjoy drinks on. Great location to explore Nashville from, nowhere is more than a couple miles away. Super easy check in, lovely decor and artwork throughout. Fab weekend with our family.

Wonderful home, well presented with lovely decor and facilities. Close enough to town for a reasonable UBER ride. Had a wicked time! Nashville sure is a party town! Being slightly outside with perfect comfort was appreciated to help us all unwind. Thank you Michael!

The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and within Uber distance from the Nashville music scene. Unfortunately, it had not been properly cleaned when we arrived. We showed Michael the dirty kitchen cabinet fronts when he came to fix the open light fixture in the master bathroom shower stall, take out the trash on the deck and deliver a coffee pot capable of brewing more than single servings. Dirty door jambs, greasy pots and dirty bathroom mats were discovered as our stay progressed. As these issues were discovered over a period of time, we did not report them until the day after we left and our payment had been made. We provided pictures. He acknowledged and apologized for these conditions yet denied our request for a cleaning refund.

Fantastic home, great location, loved the gazebo! The kitchen and master bath were to die for. Charming and stately. Great place for our friends to gather. Easy access to downtown. Michael was great.

Michael User ProfileMichael is a superhost.

I'm a native Texan who has called Nashville home for the past ten years. I work for a marketing technology company - when I'm in town I work from home, but really enjoy the many traveling opportunities my job affords me as I speak at industry events across the country. At the moment, my favorite places to spend time when not in Nashville are the big cities up the Pacific coastline, particularly San Francisco and Seattle. I enjoy the outdoors, especially backpacking, mountain biking and being on the water. After spending much of 2013 renovating a 19th century home in the Eastwood neighborhood of East Nashville, I have a good time hosting guests who are looking for a unique home-base to explore our fine city.
