We rented Andrea's house for six nights for our family Christmas 2013 and we were extremely pleased with it. All six bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and have the feel of rooms in a boutique hotel. So far as I could tell, there were no issues with water pressure or temperature: everything ran very smoothly. Even in the depths of winter, the house was warm throughout (and the heating was easily controlled via panels on the walls). If anything, the photos on airbnb do not do justice to the rooms, especially those downstairs, which are finished to a high standard. It was a very homely and comfortable place to spend Christmas. There is a long dining table in the Orangery which would comfortably sit 12, maybe more (there were 8 of us plus toddler). Equally, we could all sit in the living room to open presents, play games etc. The only thing that a large group would not be able to do all together is watch tv - the tv room is more suitable for maybe 4-5 people than a larger group. That didn't affect us. I have not seen a better equipped kitchen in an airbnb rental. The grounds were very beautiful in the frost, but obviously we did not make use of the terrace at the back as we might have done in Summer, when it would have been a brilliant place for a barbecue. We would go back though, so maybe we'll get the chance another time. Andrea was very helpful during the booking process, prior to arrival and while we were there.
