The space
Our home is your home: we are sharing our beautiful and relaxing Apartment by AIRBNB and we want to give you the best, simple and unique at same time.
You can enjoy our Beautiful Blue Sky Apartment nicely decorated with multicultural details of our trips, with cozy bedrooms available for our guests in a safe and quiet neighborhood located in the middle of a very cultural northwest side of the city equipped with a beautiful back yard & comfortable climate.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. You can have 3 comfy and private bedrooms with inside lock, with 3 Queen size beds and 1 twin size bed, we can provide a queen size air mattress for your convenience, comfortable pillows, and linens, 3 nightstand, 3 dressers, enough closets space. Your bedrooms also have windows with curtains and blinds.
We have air conditioners that you can use during hot days, one of them is in the living room that has the power to cool the whole apartment; each bedroom has AC. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms to help to cool your rooms faster.
During wintertime we have a central heater that keeps the rooms and the whole apartment in a comfortable temperature to keep you warm and cozy.

This is a family & 420-friendly environment, which permits responsible cannabis consumption on-site. Pipe, dab, joints, and other cannabis-exclusive smoking is permitted in the following areas:
🔹* On-site: You can smoke (cannabis only) in the living room & dining room only. Please make sure to place all the ashes on the ashtrays to prevent any carpet or rugs burn.
* You can smoke (cannabis only) in the back yard (patio) as well.
* Please do not smoke in the bedrooms, inside stairs, front entrance, or front garden.
* There are different dispensaries (medical & recreational marijuana) around the city, feel free to ask for more information after you make your booking.
* We provided a 420 grinder (metal) to use during your stay, feel free to let me know in advance if you need it.

You will Enjoy our gorgeous Sky-Blue Apartment using our comfortable living room, we call it the Relaxing room with a beautiful carpet and many pillows and a few chairs to relax, listen to quiet and relaxing music, do yoga, meditation, or read a book while feeling the breeze of our ceiling fan, I have decorated this space with plants and some international decorations of our trips.
The dining room is spacious with a comfortable table, light decorated with our trip souvenirs. You can also enjoy your meals around the table or on the kitchen table as you want.
> There is a 43” smart HD TV with Netflix & YouTube access & Blue-ray DVD player in the dining room area where you can enjoy our local channels, movies, shows, etc. There is a HD TV in one of the bedrooms as well.
- Bathroom, well equipped bathroom: Magnetic shower heat with hand shower with flexibility & powerful full body spray, hot water, clean towels, toiletries, hairy dryer & small space fan.
We have a good & equipped kitchen with a stove, stove extractor, refrigerator with ice machine, cabinets, microwave, conventional oven, toaster, blender, rice maker, glasses, pantry to store your food products, Baking sheet, Barbecue utensils, Coffee maker, Hot water kettle & Wine glasses.

> You can also use the grill outside, just bring your charcoal and lighter.
NOTE: To have access to the backyard, you need to use the back door exit in the kitchen and take the stairs down to the backyard that will lead you to the patio.
> You will have access to 24/7 public transportation to go everywhere in our Cosmopolitan City; the 77 CTA bus stop is steps away from the house (you can transfer to other city buses, city trains, interstate trains, METRA, Amtrak, Airports, etc.) Uber or Lyft can pick you up in short time.

* For your convenience, we have placed an automatic hand sanitizer dispenser on the right side of our main entrance property.
* And we have placed bottles of hand sanitizer on each apartment for your convenience.

FYI we have surveillance video cameras outside of the house: in the front entrance, in the back entrance and patio (NOT INSIDE of the apartments or any rooms or private bedrooms), to bring more security to our guests and family members.

- if you plan to check in early at an earlier time, or check out at a later time, please let us know in advance. We do not guarantee an early check in or an later check out if a previous or future guest scheduled their check in or check out respectively.
- If you want to check in at an earlier time or check out at a later time we are going to charge $15 for every hour. Cash only.
- this charge is to pay the “cleaning team” to do their job a little faster.

💡 🟣💡🔵 * Don’t worry about the pink & blue lights located in the living room, we have an automatic schedule that turns on/off from 5pm to 2am approximately.
🔆 - Please be mindful that the common areas are shared, so maintain a clean environment.
🚪 - Always lock the main and apartment doors when you leave or entering the house.
♻️ RECYCLE & 🗑 GARBAGE: please to keep a healthy ambiance & free of pests, recycle and throw away your garbage with frequency:

* Dispose of all EMPTY bottles, glass jars or plastic, metal (cans) cartons or containers and place them INSIDE of the BLUE RECYCLING BIN located on the left side of the PATIO.
🗑 GARBAGE:
* The other garbage goes into the SILVER garbage can located in the kitchen, when you need to change the garbage bags, you will find black garbage bags (kitchen garbage bags) and white garbage bags (bathroom garbage bags) under the sink of the kitchen, please tie a knot the full trash bag and then throw it in the BLACK GARBAGE BIN located in the ALLEY.
* Please don’t leave at any time any kind of garbage, recycle or garbage bags in the porch.
