About This Listing
We are a couple who is into Arts and History. We have a spacious and convenient apartment with a second room great for anyone who is passing by. You can take the L train, and quickly get to Bushwick, Williamsburg and Manhattan.
The room is mainly a study room, with a futon, a Queen mattress and a desk. The room is carpeted and it has its own door which of course locks! The window looks out to the backyard - but sorry no access to the backyard. The heat gets turned on mainly after the sun comes down, but if you need, we have a space heater and extra blankets. We also provide clean towels and sheets. There is one bathroom in the apartment. Feel at home~
The guests should feel free to hang out in the living room, dining area, kitchen...
We are usually out in the morning for work and try to sleep in on weekends.

Stay at Ati's place was very peaceful. The room is as described and close to subway station as well. Thanks for everything Ati!
I ended up not staying with Ati because I had family in the area that offered to host me. The communication between Ati and myself was great and she had everything well organized. Approved!
Ati's place was awesome! Clean & spacious. I felt at home and the neighborhood had a lot of local deli's and restaurants which was a plus!
Everything was perfect! Both Allen and Ati were extremely kind! The place was clean and tidy. The room was really nice and spacious. The neighborhood was very nice too. Too bad i only stayed for just one night.. hope to come back some other time! I recommend it 100%.
About the Host, Ati
We are a couple with a background in History, Film, and Visual Arts. We have been married a little over a year and recently moved to this wonderful apartment on the border of Brooklyn and Queens.
You will find us to have busy lives, as most people in New York; but with enough time to always strike up a conversation, share a cup of coffee and ride our bikes to the restaurants/bars in the vicinity.
We are a 20 minute Subway ride to Manhattan and walking distance to all of these restaurants, murals, trendy thrift shops...
