I am not leaving in Lisbon , but the person welcomes the hosts is attentive, effective and friendly; and I was very available and responsive to reply to the many requests of the host.
-The sink was working , they only have to press the metal button to flush the water , what I explained to her ,.
-Unfortunatly one of the 2 closets was closed , but my cleaning lady came immediatly and open it ; of course I apologize for this inconvenient.
- The towels, sheets and bathroom amenities are new and good quality.
- We provide 3 towels per person and 2 bath mats , but obviously when we use towels to wipe the floor , they quickly run out : on the second day my cleaning lady came and changed all the towels that were soaked and stained on the floor.
-For heating : the reversible air conditioning system ( Daikin , the best) is very efficient , it heats the rooms in 10 minutes.
-The apartment was very dirty at her departure , and she had no respect for the flat: my cleaning lady could see that the outdoor shoes were left on the white sheets of the beds , , they had scratched the floor with their suitcases and break the coat racks in the rooms.
None of the previous Airbnb hosts have behaved in this way before.
For me it's a bad and disappointing experience : obviously I don't recommend this person.
