About This Listing
Newly renovated 3 bed townhouse a 4 minute walk from UCD and a short distance from the City Centre, Dundrum and Stillorgan. Free broadband wi-fi & off street parking.
The whole house is for the private use of the guests. My family and I live in a separate house next door.
Interaction with Guests
Guests have complete privacy in their own house. We are next door to advise on things to do, places to go etc
The development we live in is very quiet and at the same time is a great location for visiting Dublin city and County Wicklow (Glendalough, Enniskerry, Powerscourt Gardens)
There is public transport 5 minutes walk from the house. Buses to the city centre are about a 10 minute walk away. Taxis are also readily available.
Other Things to Note
The house sleeps 5 as standard (1 double room, 1 twin room, and 1 single room). If there are 6 people staying there is a futon for use in a downstairs room.
Treat the house with respect and leave it tidy when leaving.
Have fun on your holiday!
Very quite, beautiful place! Unbelievably green neighbourhood. Donal is very helpful and caring.
Donnel was there to meet us and give us the keys.
He is very freindly. The House very clean and the
area is very clean and quiet. Very close to Dublin city center, by car or walking or even the nearby bus stop.
Donal's townhouse is in a quiet, leafy location, convenient to shops and transport. The house was large with a big airy kitchen and dining area, and a big lounge room. The kitchen had everything, as well as a very good dishwasher, and the kitchen itself seemed recently updated. There was plenty of parking just outside the door. There are no curtains across the back of the kitchen and dining room, or the front door, which gave it a lack of privacy. Bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, and there is a toilet downstairs. Beds were comfortable. The towels were thin, and the power shower should be renamed the no-power shower. Although the house was adequately clean, it would benefit from a professional all round clean. There are stains on the main bedroom carpet. When we asked Donal for more pillows, and a better blackout curtain for one of the bedrooms, he obliged immediately.
Donal was very accommodating, the house is spotless, warm and fully equipped with everything you need. As my group were attending a conference in UCD it was the perfect walking distance (5 mins) from the Roebuck Castle entrance to the campus. The house is located near multiple bus stops into the city I will stay again if we manage to travel to UCD again.
