Blooming Dales Farm is a working farm, situated on top of a ridge overlooking the western part of the Willamette valley. We have a panoramic view of the surrounding farmland that extends to the foothills of the Coast and Cascade mountains. Six Cascade peaks are visible from the farm. We are also just minutes away from the many vineyards and wineries of Polk and Yamhill Counties and a short 40 minute drive from the Oregon Coast. The Carriage House at Blooming Dales Farm offers you a comfortable glimpse of farm living with a touch of elegance.

On our small farm we grow 40 acres of grass hay each year (about 100 tons) and raise a wonderful and rare breed of ponies. Dales ponies are from northern England and are the largest of the native English breeds. They are good natured and at about 1100 pounds, large enough for adults to ride. We have been farming for 29 years and have lived at our current location since 1995. We are blessed to live in a beautiful place and enjoy getting to know our guests and sharing this place with them.
