Welcome to our slice of heaven! No matter the season, The Chillington is a spacious 3-bedroom/2-bath retreat that has just about everything to offer. Located in Sunrise Village, you will have direct access to the trails and lifts (snow conditions permitting), as well as hiking and snowshoeing right outside your door and mountain biking nearby. The clubhouse has an indoor pool and spa, an outdoor spa and pool (heated, summer only), a fitness center, and a seasonal restaurant. You'll love it here!

🌲 A great space for families and groups of friends, this quiet townhome boasts mountain views, ample natural light, and a recently renovated main living area with lofted ceilings.

⛷️ Ski/lift access is typically late December or early January through March depending on the snow conditions, and the full-service Bear Mountain base lodge and parking is a mere 5 minute drive away. The main base and access road restaurants and shops are only a 10 minute drive, where you will also find lift-accessed mountain biking, an 18-hole golf course, and the Adventure Center for summer fun. 🚵 ⛳️ ☀️

🛏️ Both the master and second upper bedroom have king beds, and the bunk room has custom built extra-long twin bunks that can even accommodate adults (they are super sturdy!).

🥾 🏔️ Sunrise Village has its own network of wooded hiking and snowshoeing trails, and an outdoor recreation area at the clubhouse where you can borrow - free of charge - snowshoes, nordic skis and boots, ice skates, and sleds. There's a small pond and firepit there as well, with an outdoor grill for guest use. In addition to the pools, hot tubs, and fitness center, the amenities here also include a steam room, a dry sauna, and renovated locker rooms with showers for guest use. 🏊‍♀️ 🏋️

The Chillington will be your home base for all your year-round Vermont adventures! And if you just want to stay in and relax by the wood-burning fireplace, the fully stocked kitchen has many comforts of home, from a toaster and a blender to baking pans and stock pots. Guest access
Guest may have full use of the townhome, except for the 3 locked owner's closets and the locked owner kitchen cabinet (noted as such and locked via padlock).

The 3 locked owner's closet locations are as follows:
1) Inside the lower level bathroom
2) At the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor
3) Just inside the front door.

Please do not attempt to breach these areas as you will be responsible for any ensuing damage and loss of property.
