Holmegaard is a small, cozy country house with a built-up area of 72 m² (775 sq. ft.) that can accommodate up to 5 people.
The house is charmingly furnished. Highlights include the garden with fruit trees and the large terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Little Belt.
Ideal for cycling or hiking.
At “Pepple Beach” on the west coast of Søby Camping, there is a bathing jetty. There is a sandy beach at the marina in Søby.
Along Vitsø, you might be lucky enough to spot, among other things, common shelducks and all kinds of migratory birds.
The space
Bedroom 1 is equipped with:
1 queen-size bed with shelves, 2 pillows, 2 duvets, a dresser, a clothes rack, a mirror, and an armchair.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with:
1 single bed and a bunk bed for 2 people, 3 pillows, 3 duvets, a dresser, a clothes rack, and a mirror.
The bathroom is equipped with:
Toilet, shower, sink, mirror, and hairdryer. I always leave enough toilet paper for the first night.
The kitchen is equipped with:
Oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tableware for at least 5 people, pots and pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, hand mixer/hand blender, and all other necessary kitchen utensils.

A small amount of spices is also usually present.
The living room has a wood-burning stove, two sofas that can seat 5 people, two coffee tables, a bookshelf with various books, a TV, and an IKEA Bluetooth speaker.
On the terrace, there is a table and five chairs with adjustable backrests. There is an umbrella and seating cushions inside the house, and there is also a grill.
There is a sandbox in the garden. The fruit on the trees may be eaten on-site when ripe.

Til højre for hoveddøren er der en nøgleboks. Åbn gummidækslet for at se de nummererede hjul. Du får koden udleveret på ankomstdagen. Luk venligst låget, drej hjulene væk fra koden, og sæt gummidækslet på igen.

Ved ankomst bedes du aflæse el-, vand- og fyringsolie-målerne. Tag venligst et billede af hver måler og send det til mig på ankomstdagen.
Mit mobilnummer og Wi-Fi-adgangskoden findes i manualen på det lille sofabord. Sluk under ingen omstændigheder routeren ved siden af den store sofa.
El- og vandmåler er placeret i kosteskabet i entréen.
Fyringsolie-måleren er placeret i nabobygningen, hvor skorstenen i rustfrit stål stikker ud fra taget. Adgang sker via gården. Brug den lille nøgle i nøglebundtet til hængelåsen på den sorte port til venstre. Fyringsolie-måleren er placeret på højre side af oliefyret. Hvis i ankommer efter mørkets frembrud er en lommelygte nødvendig.
Skraldespandene er placeret ved indkørslen til nabogården
