I don't have many rules. I ask for common sense such as not bringing overnight guests, or parking in front of the garage door while I'm in town.
No smoking inside the house.
No sleeping on the couch.
Adrián & Andy are awesome hosts. You'll feel not like a guest in their house but rather than a friend who is visiting them. They'll provide everything you'll need. They know the best places to visit and eat in town and if you tell them what are you looking for, they'll recommend you the right thing.
The house is big, very clean and has a beautiful deck in the backyard.
I really enjoyed me stay and will definitly come back!
My stay at Adrián & Andy's place was wonderful. The place is exactly as pictured and is indeed quite fabulous. I especially liked the fact that the home is a smarthome which means I didn't have to worry about a key handoff at all. Adrián has thought of everything as far as making the home hospitable. I felt very much at home the entire week I was here. I would highly recommend a stay with Adrián & Andy!
Home exactly as described and it was impeccably clean and very well furnished. Host was supremely responsive to all my Enquiries. Really nice experience and I'd recommend this place to anyone. Only (very) minor negative is the location: 11 minutes from the airport but a 20 minute drive to Folky Beach or Downtown. HOWEVER, parking is plentiful and the price for this place were it located at Folly or downtown would be almost double. Bottom Line: Good Value and the Drive became a non-event.
Our first airbnb experience, we had a great time and will definitely do it again. Andy and Adrián left a notebook for us to help us figure out the house and area. It was welcoming and cozy, clean and stylish.
The house is exactly as pictured and described. It's a great location for getting to downtown Charleston and also out to the tea plantation and Angel Oak. The room is neat and serviceable. The bed is comfortable. The binder was helpful to us and we were happy we complied with the suggestion to go to The Market for breakfast on Saturday morning. Very nummy! We weren't able to adjust the thermostat in the house, but the default setting was perfect for us anyway. We weren't too hot or too cold. Disappointed that we weren't able to meet Adrian as he was out of town. Hopefully next time. This was our first experience with airbnb and it will certainly not be our last. We're hooked! :D
You can tell that Adrián loves to have guests. From the moment we arrived he was incredibly accommodating and a joy to be around. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Every morning we had the pleasure of sharing coffee and great conversation with Adrián. In addition to providing us a wonderful place to stay, he also gave us a binder containing helpful tips for the house, his favorite restaurants and attractions, and other must-sees around Charleston. Seriously, his binder was better than any travel guide and helped us to get the most out of our short stay. With Adrián's help we fell in love with the city and can't wait to come back (and stay with Adrián again :)).

About the Host, Adrián & Andy
I'm originally from Argentina but have been living in the US for about 12 years. I have traveled all around the US and Latin America. I love traveling and meeting new people. I like to cook and I can appreciate a one-on-one conversation as much as a group hangout
