In the heart of Broad Ripple Village, close to EVERYTHING: restaurants, shops, nightlife, transportation. Across Broad Ripple Park (and dog park!) or just minutes from the Monon trail for your outdoor wants & needs! This stylish vintage home comes with vintage original charm and the modern comfort you need + an entertainment space in the basement (wet bar and pool table) as well as a work out space (yoga practice or else.)
We consider a well behaved, house trained pet for a pet fee.

The space
You will feel right at home in this elegant space, comfortable beds and linens and a washer and dryer at your disposal. Two computer desks in the main living area... Two TVs: One in the living room, one in the basement for your entertainment. Smart TV. ROKU TV access: log in to your netflix or prime accounts. Sling TV. The kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedrooms all on same level. Work out space is in the basement (=stairs) along with a pool table, seating area and wet bar for a good time!
The space sleeps up to 6 people MAX: 2 full beds hotel style in one bedroom and 1 queen canopy bed in the master bedroom. Note original Vintage bungalow is from 1940, not a new build! It's vintage charm comes with some imperfections and wear to the original cabinets and finishes.

Where you’ll be

Indianapolis, Indiana, United States

Broad Ripple Village has it all! Restaurants, shops, coffee shops, markets, night clubs, tattoo parlors, hair salons, spas, massage envy, parks, play grounds, monon trail access, ice cream shops... you name it!
Located across the street from Broad Ripple park and dog park which just won a 15K makeover: Broad Ripple Park is a 61-acre park on the northeast side of Indianapolis, bordering the White River. It offers a wide variety of programs and activities for all ages, and welcomes an estimated 150,000 visitors annually. The Family Center schedules scores of classes throughout the year in dance, safety, sports, fitness, arts, crafts, health, self-defense and other subjects for all age groups. Programs are generally fee-based, and registration is usually required.
In addition to the Family Center, Broad Ripple Park facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, baseball diamond, multi-use athletic fields, playground, picnic shelters and areas, a viewing platform over the White River, a bark park, a wooded preserve, a walking/jogging/running/bicycling and fitness path, and a boat ramp to the White River.
The park has a rich history in the community as the home of a 1920s amusement park, carousel (now at the Indianapolis Children’s Museum), a steam locomotive (now at the Transportation Museum in Noblesville), and as the location of the Olympic tryouts for swimming in 1924 and 1952.

Former designer/art director with a new found passion for interior design and home renovations, I am Belgian and though I have lived in San Francisco CA for over 15 years, my husband and I recently moved here to beautiful Indianapolis a little over 6 year ago. As we always need space to host our beloved family and friends when they visit, we to set up a guest house (the LOFT) that started our airbnb adventure between family/friends visits... Since then our passion for remodeling homes in need of a little love has grown to a total of 6 airbnb rental properties, as well as a couple of long term rentals. We would love to host you during your visit in Indy!!! Let us know if you have any questions! ~ Deborah & family

During your stay

We live within 5 minutes of the unit in case you have any questions.
! Please communicate with us through airbnb messages as much as possible, per airbnb's recommendation. (Direct text messages can be confusing as we can not always identify them right away with the right reservation.) Airbnb messages are a good way for us to keep track of our entire communication string - so nothing gets lost through several channels of communication. Thank you!! :)
