Our newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is perfectly situated just a short stroll from the beach. Tucked one block off the historic Ali‘i Drive, it offers a serene escape while keeping you close to Kona’s most beloved restaurants and vibrant coastal spots. Thoughtfully redesigned with Seafarer Travel’s signature focus on comfort, class, and functionality, this elegant island haven invites you to relax in style and make the most of your Big Island getaway.

The space
Our home features a spacious living room with a cozy wraparound couch and a large smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day of island adventures. You’ll find both indoor and outdoor dining areas to suit any mood, and every indoor space is equipped with multi-zone air conditioning for your comfort. This rental is the upper story with independent access but there are stairs so mobility issues should be considered.
The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook up your favorites, including blender, a rice cooker, panini press, and a full selection of pots and pans to keep the chef in your group happy.

The fully appointed kitchen, dining and open living room with high vaulted ceilings open to the wrap Lanai, making this a special space for entertaining, movie-nights and more.

The master bedroom offers a luxurious Westin Heavenly® king-size bed with 650-thread-count sheets, its own dedicated A/C, and a spacious closet for added convenience. The adjoining natural stone bathroom provides both privacy and style, featuring a beautiful shower.
The second bedroom includes a twin-over-queen Westin Heavenly® bunk bed setup and access to another natural stone guest bathroom making it a perfect space for family or friends. We have a pack and play and Murphy bed in the living area as well.

This is a hosted rental with a separate access for the Owner below who you likely won't see due to Host's work schedules and travel proximity of that to the Hale. The exterior downstairs laundry, spacious yard and BBQ/lanai areas are all fully available and private to the guest.

Guest access
The entire property is available to the guest with the exception of the lower level kitchenette and bed/bath downstairs that are all accessible by separate entrance and street parking for Host if needed.

Other things to note
This property does have ring cameras just on the lower level exterior to manage entrances when Host is offsite and rental is unavailable. We believe (as we have these on our hotel properties as well) that guests actually feel safer if there is a method in place to secure their family during their stay from outsiders. We find it helps the host to also give guests more privacy while enjoying the property as they can keep their distance but be available if you call on them. There are NO cameras anywhere inside the property and are only to show entrances...oh and pigs who decimate our banana trees. We prefer for this stay to feel like YOUR home and offer a safety measure we would want while we travel to new places, also.
