About This Listing
Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and all cooking utensils and dining needs for preparing meals
The location is perfect. Close to everything, yet situated on a quite tree-lined street 1 block in either direction from the Theater District, great dining and Times Square. The building was just renovated and the apartment has great amenities, best of all a washer/dryer. There is a secure intercom system with video. The apartment has 4 large windows and it gets a lot of sunlight. A glass paned door separates the bedroom from the living room. There are 2 TVs - one 32" LCD TV and one 27" TV - both with cable TV. There is WIFI internet and air conditioning. Living room has a full-size futon or you can use an automatically inflatable air bed (fits 2 people). Bedroom has a queen size bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking; there is a dishwasher & wine cooler too.
I meet my guests when they arrive to give them the keys, explain the house rules, and give them a short orientation.
Very convenient location for taking advantage of all that Manhattan has to offer - great dining and night life just around the corner and within walking distance to Broadway shows. Minutes to Times Square & Broadway. 5 minute walk to Columbus Circle & Lincoln Center. 10 Minute walk to Museum of Natural History & Museum of Modern Art.
Subway is 1.5 blocks away.
I expect my guests to return the apartment to me in the same condition they received it and to respect my neighbors.
Me sentí bien, la descripción del departamento era correcta, estaba bien ubicado pero el barrio es ruidoso.
Pros: Great apartment, conveniently located in midtown Manhattan/Hell's Kitchen. Walking distance to Central Park, Museums, Times Square, Broadway, etc. with tons of restaurants nearby. The host provided a wide variety of breakfast foods and the apartment has a full kitchen. The apartment is small, but it was large enough for our party of three (two adults and one child).
Cons: The street noise was quite load with the windows open, given that the apartment is only on the second floor, however not unexpected for NYC.
The location of this apartment was excellent! We were able to walk/ get to all places easily- very easy walk to subway stations & walking distance to many FABULOUS restaurants (Pick A Bagel, 810 Cafe & Lemon Jungle were 3 of our favorites!). The neighbors were great & we had no trouble with noise for sleeping.
The apartment's location was great! The apartment had everything we needed! Having the ability to make breakfast and coffee made a big difference. It was clean, inviting and the host fixed a minor problem immediately. I would definitely come back and recommend it to friends. Thank you!!

About the Host, Davinci
Originally from NJ, but live in NYC now. Majored in art but now working as a computer programming for a large bank. Love to travel but haven't had the time. In addition to my day job, I sell stuff on the internet. I've travelled quite a bit so I know what's important when you are a guest. I try to provide my guests with what I would like/expect when I travel.
