Welcome to Villa Sternfalle.
The villa is set on a 2.5-hectare estate, a place where relaxation, comfort, and nature harmoniously come together.
Located in Agios Romanos, along the road towards Karteros–Moni Agkarathou, the villa is just a short drive from Heraklion. Its convenient location allows easy access to both the eastern and western parts of the island via the main highway.
Surrounded by olive groves and boasting a unique character, the villa offers everything needed for an unforgettable holiday in Crete. Built on a hillside, the villa extends over two levels — ground floor and upper floor — and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, making it ideal for couples, families, or small groups.
On the upper floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms and the main bathroom.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, a bright dining area, a cozy living room with views of the sea and the lush green hills, as well as a convenient WC. On this level, you can enjoy the spacious main terrace with breathtaking sea views.
The south-facing terrace features a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing moments with family and friends.
You can also unwind in the outdoor jacuzzi — the perfect spot to relax under the Cretan sky, free from disturbances.
The garden and outdoor areas offer multiple opportunities to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The upper terrace overlooking the garden and olive trees is an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or experience peaceful moments of reflection.

Cleanliness and authentic Cretan hospitality are our top priorities. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a welcome package including our homemade raki, a variety of herbs, fresh vegetables, olive oil, and other local delicacies.
– Karteros Beach is only a 3-minute drive away (approximately 5 km), where you will find supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and traditional fish taverns.
– The jacuzzi is outdoors and available from June to September. Its temperature naturally depends on the weather conditions.

Guest access
Check-in is flexible. However, we kindly ask you to inform us of your exact arrival time so that we can personally welcome you and hand over the keys. The same applies to check-out.

The property is peacefully located among olive groves and is ideal for guests seeking privacy, relaxation, and tranquility.
