"Private Entrance" 2nd-story STUDIO w/lots of windows. Wood floors, central AC/heat, 1/2 bath, queen bed with new mattress, fridge, Krueig, microwave, WIFI, TV, closet space, ROBES FOR PRIVATE OUTDOOR WATER-HEATED SHOWER and towels. Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio.

FSU, Downtown, Capitol all less than two miles. Tallahassee Memorial Hospital one block away. Several restaurants within walking distance. 24/7 Walgreens 1 block, as well as Beer Stop (great craft beer selection). Steps away from Midtown. Many trails so, so close!

Other things to note
We have two small dogs. I let them run in the backyard, but there is a fence that will keep them away from your entrance. They are sweet and stay within our home.

We've stayed at Airbnb for the last 4 years traveling to watch our daughter play college volleyball. We had a great experience and decided to turn the mancave into an Airbnb. My husband, Owen, recently retired after working 35 years for the State of Florida as a public defender. I'm a court reporter, and unfortunately still working. We have four small dogs, two daughters. I am happy when I'm outside.
