Come enjoy this centrally located spot in the city. A short walk to the Powell street muni/bart and only 3 blocks from Union Square and Chinatown. This location makes it easy to access wherever you need to go while you're here. There are plenty of restaurants around my place that are available at almost all hours you'd want to eat. You're also quite close to Polk street which is brimming with great spots to eat and plenty of eclectic bars.
I have the highest speed internet Comcast offers and it is wirelessly available, the future is here! The room has a comfy queen bed, small dresser, a desk with a luxurious executive chair and a very large hdtv. I'll provide clean linens and towels. The kitchen and bathroom are shared only with me and I like to keep both clean and appreciate that my guests do the same.

As much or as little as people are comfortable with. I have gotten food and drinks with guests and I have also not been present during a guests stay at all. I always try to be as accommodating as possible.
Some people have said that the walk from BART to my place is a bit much. San Francisco is hilly and it can be hard with luggage. You may want to grab a cab to my place from Powell BART which shouldn't be expensive.

As expected. Place was very cleanly and welcoming. Eric spent most of the time away. Had lots of privacy. Nice part of town and convenient Lyft ride to all the points of interest.
Eric was an excellent host & the room was surprisingly large ( the bed can easily take 2 ppl) + it has a comfortable workstation. The location is perfect whether you're visiting SF for work or pleasure or both ... its just a few blocks from Union Square and right in the middle of a huge concentration of restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Would definitely look it up next time I'm in SF.
This apartment is in a great location! The room was bigger than expected, and it was nice to have a desk since I had to work during the trip. There are a bunch of coffee shops located nearby as well as plenty of places to eat and drink. Clean, affordable, and no complaints :)
Eric was a great host. Friendly, easy to contact, and very accommodating. Really nice apartment and location.
Eric was a great host and accommodated my late arrival. The room was large and clean with a large comfortable bed and desk. The bathroom was clean and right next to the bedroom. I highly recommend staying with Eric.
Great location to get all around the city; definitely would recommend staying there. Eric was a great host.
Eric was a great host. He was very accommodating on figuring out a time for the check in that worked with my schedule. The room was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying with Eric!
Eric is a great, flexible and warm host. The room is spacious and comfortable, the appartment central in down town SF. Great place to stay.
Everything easy and smooth. The place is perfect for holidays and/or business. Almost right in the heart of the city and very close to the Moscone Center. The room is very comfortable and great if you need to work (quiet, nice table, speakers). Eric was flexible and helpful. Great place, great location and great host.
Had a great time in SF while staying at Eric's place. He was actually out of town during our visit so we didn't meet, but it was hassle-free to get the keys, and he left amenities out for us. He was also accessible via email, and left a friend's number in case anything came up. This is a great location, although it's a bit difficult to bring big bags up to his apartment since the elevator is rickety.
It's a big room, good wifi connection, and a comfortable bed. The window doesn't have great noise insulation but that was only really an issue on New Years. All-in-all, I would recommend!
