We have been very welcome, we had a very nice room in a nice house and have at any time felt comfortable. Vivienne was a perfect hostess and had lots of information for us. The breakfast was fantastic. we'll be back to her, thank you for everything
Very nice neighborhood, convenient to the freeway. Accommodating host. Fantastic selection of fruit for continental and weekend cooked breakfast. Would stay again.
We texted a few times prior to my arrival to make sure I could get into and find her place. She even left work to greet me when I arrived. She was also sweet and charming and a good hostess.
Vivienne was the most Lovely host and we had a great stay at her house.
It was very interesting to talk to Vivienne and we raelly enjoyed the stay!
Vivienne was a wonderful host -- my wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Vivienne prepared tea and coffee in the mornings and had cereal, fruit, and small breakfast dishes for us to munch on throughout or stay.
I believe there are two room options for this location, and we stayed in the bedroom with the balcony. It was a large pleasant place to read and have coffee in the morning while waking up. We would definitely stay here again.
Vivienne is a wonderful host! She welcomed me warmly upon arrival (her driving instructions were perfect), ushered me up to a lovely private, quiet room with a balcony, a mattress like a cloud, a TV and books for the reading. The grounds outside Viv's place are beautiful: a small lake with abundant trees and a brook running alongside the pathway. On weekends, Viv will make an amazing breakfast and, during the week, you will find fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and coffee waiting downstairs. Her place is an easy drive from the beach (great sunsets), the marina and town. I've stayed with Viv twice and will happily return next time I'm in Dana Point!
Vivienne is a most gracious host. She met me at her home & made me feel welcome. The surroundings are serene and peaceful. I slept so well. I hope to return soon.

Native of England and moved to California in 1982 and love it. Enjoy hosting and also being an Airbnb guest and have met some interesting and lovely people.
I enjoy walking at the local beaches and on the Dana Point headlands. We are very lucky to have the Orange County Performing Arts Center in Costa Mesa where all of the latest shows from Los Angeles are perfomed I enjoy attending the performances.
