I had a splendid time. I loved the place i will definitely love to stay again. Great location as well. Nice quiet block with good parking i was worried about parking.
Our stay at Kathryn's apartment was wonderful! The pictures on her listing were a perfect match to what we found when we arrived. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities you need in a home away from home. We loved that we were so close to public transpiration as well as great restaurants just up the street. We will definitely be staying again when we go back!!
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Kathryn's place! The apartment looks just like the pictures and the decor is amazing. Everything in the apartment felt top quality and we appreciated the many amenities that were included.
It is also in a great, central location that felt very safe and we had no problems walking to the many great eats and museums nearby. We ran into some issues our first night there but Kathryn went above and beyond in trying to resolve them. We couldn't be happier to have had the chance to stay at such a beautiful place and will definitely love to stay here when we visit DC again!
This apartment is beautiful and spotless! The location can't be beat - just a short walk to everything. The kitchen and bathroom are both beautiful and although it's small, the owners really maximized the space. It's perfect for a couple on vacation. If we come back to DC, this is where we'll stay!
Best aribnb experience ever! The apartment is not big but perfect for two (maybe a little small for 4) but it has all the comforts and luxuries you can ever imagine. The location is perfect: few minutes walk from Capitol and museums, just a couple of minutes from Capitol south metro stop. Kathryn was very responsive and helpful. I definitely suggest this as location for your trip to Washington DC.
I had the nicest time at Kathryn's apartment. It is just as beautiful as the pictures make it look. Every need is provided for, and I had no troubles at all. The location is absolutely perfect and it's only a short walk to the Smithsonian museums on the Mall. I can't recommend it enough.
The basement apartment was very posh and modern but with a contemporary feel and looked just like the pictures. All the necessities that you find in a hotel (clean towels, toiletries, etc.) were all available. There were also additional amenities that made the experience better as well including the kitchen. Access was made easy with the provided pin code for the key pad entry. The location was also great (one block from the Metro, and a couple of blocks from the capitol building). I would definitely stay at the same place if/when I return to DC.
My husband and I lived in the DC area for many years and moved to Oklahoma full time to raise our children. Our company is based in Washington, DC so we purchased this town home to live in when we come back to DC for work or pleasure -- usually about one visit each month. We love the location and the wonderful restaurants and historical sites that are so close. We want everyone who visits our place to enjoy all the wonder of DC as much as we do.
