The house is very nice, spacious and beautifully located. There is an excellent little restaurant next door with kind hosts. Unfortunately the internet conection almost non-existent, but I was told that in the summer season it is much better.
James is very kind and responsive to any questions one has.

About the Host, James
I've renovated a genuine open plan commercial loft ,check out the pictures, 3 blocks from the L train, it's a large space, with 2 double beds, great for photographers or artists,
I also have renovated a large stone house in the South of France, close to Perpignan and the Mediterranean sea.
I travel a lot internationally with work (photography),and am happy for people to stay on a daily or weekly basis, please email me to discuss.
The loft is 1 block from the first New York Loft Hostel, and the amazing Roberto's pizza bar/restaurant, MOMO sushi, TuTu s Bar, 24hr Deli..
It's a 3 minute walk to the L train, Morgan Ave, 7 minutes to Williamsburg, and 15 minutes to Union Square, Manhattan.
