Relax and unwind at Betcha Like It - 4BR, 2.5BA semi-oceanfront cottage! Sleeps 10 comfortably and features a community pool and crow's nest with beautiful ocean views. Just steps to the beach and located in central Kitty Hawk, you can walk, bike, or take a short drive to many great local restaurants and shopping! Perfect for a large family, or 2 smaller families with ample room for relaxing and entertaining!
The space
Betcha Like It is a classic property that you and your family will want to visit again and again every year!
Being located in the heart of Kitty Hawk on the iconic Hwy 12 Beach Road, guests will be close to a host of local shops and restaurants, and only a few steps from having the sand in your toes.
When coming back from a day in the sand, rinse the sand off in our conveniently located outdoor shower. You can choose to cook up something on the outdoor charcoal grill, make a nice dinner in our fully stocked kitchen, or even enjoy take out at the many different places to enjoy a view; the crows nest, outdoor deck, or large bay windows in the dining area.
Betcha Like It has 4 cozy bedrooms that are perfect for hosting a large family or two smaller families. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people.
The downstairs living space has three bedrooms, a set of twin beds, a queen, and double bunk beds. All have access to a shared full bathroom. You will also find the washer and dryer closet under the stairwell.
As you make your way upstairs, you will find that the open floor plan allows for the amazing ocean views to be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Absolutely stunning sunrises can be seen!
The family can all enjoy time together at the 2 seater bar, large farmhouse table with benches, and two couches, all while cooking up something delicious in the newly renovated kitchen. To the right of the kitchen is a half bath as well the master bedroom with a full bath and jacuzzi.
When you’re ready for an evening cocktail or a morning cup of coffee with some warm ocean breezes and beautiful views, head up to the crows nest. This is an absolute favorite feature of the property!
Guest access
Parking during your stay is in the paved driveway in front of your house. This will hold no more than 4 vehicles.
The community pool that is just behind your cottage is a must! Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes after Labor Day weekend. Pool hours change seasonally, but during the height of the season, hours are from 8am - 8pm. Please bring your own beach towels.
Always be sure to rinse off your feet and excess sand in our outside shower.
There are two different entry points to the cottage, the front door with smart lock, and back door upper level into the sunroom with dead bolt lock.
Trash is taken out to a community dumpster that is one cottage behind ours.
