Guests have full access to the entire house, including:
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and meal prep
BBQ grill for outdoor cooking

Up to 300mbps Wi-Fi throughout the property
Parking: We have available on-street parking right across the property, which can accommodate about 3-4 cars. If you need additional space, there are also plenty of parking spots nearby, especially around the area close to the village basketball court.
Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole home, making it ideal for family gatherings, group retreats, or weekend getaways.

The property is located in a gated subdivision, ensuring safety and privacy.
The pool area is not air-conditioned; all indoor living spaces are air-conditioned.
Ideal for large groups or families—maximum capacity is 20 guests. Maximum occupancy refers to the total number of people on the property at any point in time. Rotating or staggered visitors are not permitted.
In addition, while our house can comfortably accommodate up to 20 overnight guests, the standard rate only covers 15 guests. There’s an additional charge of ₱500 per person per night for up to 5 extra guests, making a total maximum of 20 overnight guests.

• Free Allowance: Up to three (3) children aged 3 years old and below stay free of charge and do not incur "additional guest" fees.
• Bed-Sharing Requirement: To qualify for this free allowance, these 3 children are expected to share a bed with the adults. If separate beds or additional linens are required for them, they will be counted toward the total guest count and standard fees will apply.
• Exceeding the Limit: Any additional children (the 4th child and onward) aged 3 and under will automatically be counted as regular guests and will be subject to our standard additional guest fee.
• Ages 4 and Above: Children aged 4 and older are counted as standard guests from the first child.
• Booking Disclosure: Please note that all children, regardless of age, must still be declared in your booking request so we do not exceed the property’s maximum safety capacity.

*Pets - Not allowed – We love pets, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them.
*Kitchen Use - Please wash your dishes and clean up after yourself.
*Toilet - Please Do Not flush any items in the toilet including toilet paper. Use the bin
Pool:
*The pool is available from 8AM to 10 PM only. The pool filter is turned off outside of these hours.
*Eating and drinking are prohibited in the pool area.
*Soap, shampoo, or any detergents should not be used in the pool.
*Children must be always supervised by an adult while in the pool area.
*Please use the outdoor shower and/or toilet after using the pool, or make sure to dry off thoroughly before entering the house.
Noise & Parties:
*Small, daytime gatherings are allowed upon approval subject to certain conditions.
*Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM - Kindly keep noise levels to a minimum, particularly during quiet hours. As we are in a residential area, we want to be considerate of our neighbors. Any legitimate complaints about noise during these times may result in early eviction from the property without a refund.
*Karaoke can be used until 10 PM.
*Outdoor loud music is not allowed at all times.
*Please ensure all sliding doors are always closed.
Cleanliness & Respect:
*Please treat the property with respect as if it were your own.
*Clean up any messes and let us know if anything gets damaged or broken.
*Place trash in designated bins. Please contact our caretakers if bins are already full.
*An extra cleaning fee may be applied if the property is left excessively dirty beyond normal use.
Additional Details:
*Barbeque charcoal grill is available. Please bring your charcoal.
*All rooms come with split-type air conditioners. Since sheets and linens are provided but comforters and duvets are NOT, a setting of 24°C is recommended for your comfort.
*Just a reminder that TOILETRIES and TOWELS are NOT provided. Please bring your own.
