➤ Our building requires all guests to provide a copy of a photo ID upon booking or at least 24 hours prior to check-in time in order to be registered at the property. Please also bring a physical ID that is required to show upon arrival to check in the building. Security wont accept a regular photo and that ID also needs to be clear.

➤ There will be no unregistered guests that will be accepted in the building during check-in following the contract for Airbnb rentals in this family-owned building.

➤ Please note, that you and any other guests over the age of 18, MUST provide a photo of a Government Issued ID AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF CHECK-IN, so that we can register you all with our doormen.

➤ Our doormen will verify all guests IDs, the day of check-in.

No marijuana or cigarette smoking allowed. The smell sticks to the apartment and makes it very difficult to rent out the next day. Also, neighbors can smell and a fine will be levied.

NO MAIL/PACKAGES: Guest mail is not to be addressed to the property without prior permission from the host. The host is not responsible or liable for any mail, packages and/or other deliveries sent to the condo.
