Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Very friendly and accommodating. Excellent location. A good spot if all you mostly need is a space to sleep in.

  • I had a nice single night's stay in the "closet room" and really enjoyed being so close to the center of the city. Steven was a super nice and responsive host. Would definitely revisit.

  • A walk in closet with an air bed. Pretty central location in the Tenderloin with a lot of great Thai food within walking distance. Bed was not the most comfortable and host did not have an extra key for the building door so I had to buzz every single time I wanted to get in the building. No frills but a good deal.

  • Staying at Steven's apartment worked out really well. He was friendly and all of the logistics went smoothly. The bed was indeed in a closet, but the room has its own entrance, so it feels more like a small bedroom. Would recommend if you need a spot in this neighborhood!

  • Thank you for kindness :)
It was good experience in Sanfrancisco

  • Steven is a great host! He was super helpful & friendly, would totally recommend.

    March 2014
  • Steven was a very nice host and the room was as described on airbnb.
The only problem was the housekeeping. The bathroom and the kitchen weren´t clean at all. We could eat for example cornflakes for days because there weren´t unused spoons and bowls and you could find hair and dirt everywhere in the bathroom and kitchen. But after three days we complained about the hair, the dirt and the used dishes and steven cleaned nearly everything within the next hours.
I would have wished that it is clean right from the beginning cause from my view tidiness is a requirement if you earn money with a room.

  • As others have noted: Steven and his roommate Kenn are kind, accommodating hosts, and the apartment is centrally-located--strongly recommend.

    March 2014
  • Steven and Kenn were such lovely people! We had a bit of a mix up but Steven was more than accommodating. The location of the apartment was amazing, and Steven had great suggestions on where to go! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone :)

    February 2014
  • Steven and Kenn were both kind and friendly, and the closet is a good place to crash for the night. One thing to keep in mind is that closets don't have power outlets, so if you want to charge your laptop you'll have to do that in the kitchen.
