Newly completed in 2018, this 320 sqf 1bd 1ba house is built from a 40ft shipping container and features all the comforts of home. Located in the back yard of our Oak Park, Sacrmento home, it’s within close walking distance to McGeorge School Of Law and just a short uber or Lyft to the golden 1 center and all that midtown Sacramento has to offer. The neighborhood also has plenty of coffee shops and restaurants near by.

The house offers one double bed and a futon style couch.

This Shipping Contaoner stay is so cool!!! In a very safe fenced location and a lot more spacious in person. The place was very clean and beautiful. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but other than that everything was amazing :)

This place is awesome. So chic, super clean, and had everything we needed for a cozy stay ! Loved the almond milk sweet creamer that was in the fridge for the morning coffee. If I had any complaint at all, it would be that we did not find the bed and sofa-bed to be comfortable. …

Matt's place is chic and fun and it was awesome to live tiny for the brief time we were in Sacramento for CIM. Close to downtown and some cute shops nearby and Matt was great with communication!
