Welcome to "HOUSE OF FOREVER".
Beautiful south facing Mid Century Alexander, nestled on a quiet street in the historic Racquet Club Estate district. Lots of original architectural aspects yet modernized with a retro feel. Great for Architecture and Interior Design lovers. Great views of the mountains. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating , dining and lounging space. Lots of windows and sliding doors. Garden with desert feel. Saline pool, Ping Pong Table, BBQ. Close to downtown Palm Springs.

The space
This house is in pristine condition and we would like to keep it that way.
Legend has it that this house was once owned by Dolly Parton, and rumor has it that the gardner fell out of a tree after witnessing Dolly swimming in the Buff.
The last owner of record was her wardrobe person and she was seen at the house many times.
The house has a magical feel and once possessed a very large tiki fountain.
The original tiki goddess still resides in the garage, and brings all guests good luck and fertility.
Nominated for best Mid Century Restoration in 2017.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and yard including the ping pong table in the garage and lounge area off the garage.

Other things to note
Optional pool heat available for 65$/night or 390$/week for duration of the stay or 3 day minimum. Pool needs 24hrs to reach its temperature, so it's advised to add / notify at time of booking or prior to check in, so the pool has reached the desired temperature by the time you arrive. However, in case of long term stays, if you choose to add pool heat after check-in, the amount will be charged via the resolution center and that includes the day we turn the pool heat on. The size of the pool is approximately 38' long/12' wide and 4'-9' deep from shallow to deep end. Not suited for toddlers and small children!

Be advised that the Palm Springs rental ordinance does not allow us to rent to anyone under the age of 25. The house is best suited for guests 30 years and older. We only allow guests with positive reviews.
