Spacious 3BR, 2.5BA home perfect for families, concert weekends, business travelers, and downtown events. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, open living area, dedicated workspace, and private backyard. Conveniently located near DT Indy, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indiana Convention Center, the Zoo & Garfield Park — offering quick access to major events while still providing a comfortable, quiet stay away from the crowds.

The space
It's a spacious 3 bedroom home with a full bed in each bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, and one 1/2 bath. Each bedroom comes with a "noise maker" if you enjoy sleeping with white noise. Otherwise the property is plenty quiet and comfortable for rest, work, or relaxing with friends and family as you're visiting Indianapolis.

The kitchen is a delight with 3 pressure cookers, baking sheets, oven, microwave, kettle, multiple coffee makers (pour over, drip, and french press).

If you want to have the family over and cook a meal, this is the place for you to do it!

The dining area has a simple but ample table, 2 benches, and 2 chairs. It can comfortably seat 4 large adults or perhaps up to 6 people if there are children or you don't mind seating 2 people on each bench.
