You’ll have the entire condo to yourself! All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor.
Other things to note
We want you to have a great time at our condo but please make sure your group is OK with the following rules (most of these apply to ALL Tahoe short term rentals):
QUIET TIME: 9pm to 9am. (We don’t expect you to whisper but noise / loud music heard by neighbors will be a problem).
4 PERSON MAX (limit is set by our county, sorry).
2 CARS MAXIMUM in our complex.
NO PETS ($500 fine)
Our county has set strict rules for short term rentals that include no noise that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm. We don’t expect you to whisper but loud noise / music would be a problem.
Sorry we do not allow pets.
Sorry no parties or events can be held at the condo.
