Welcome to our personal piece of LA paradise - come relax in our charming guest space within our backyard/garden and experience a diverse, suburban LA neighborhood! West Adams has undergone massive development in the past few years and is a historic neighborhood now walking distances to hip coffee shops and restaurants. Just a mere 20 minutes or less drive from most city hotspots and the airport. A rare quiet gem in a bustling city!

The space
Have your very own private detached guest space that comes fully equipped for a relaxing stay! Whether you're in town for a calming getaway or a packed sightseeing trip, you can hangout in our hammock, patio furniture and watch the palm trees up above or venture out to all the tourist hotspots nearby as well as explore historic West Adams. Get well rested in our queen size bed with memory foam pillows and trundle couch (which can be converted to 2 beds), make yourself some tea and enjoy some breakfast, harvest some veggies in our yard or just sit outside under the market lights and enjoy your time in the City of Angels!

Guest access
Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, refreshments, basic breakfast, towels, toiletries, TV, full service kitchen with refrigerator, oven and stove, toilet, washing and drying machine (for stays 3 days or longer in the main house - we will take care of it for you while you’re exploring!), shared garden area with fresh veggies and herbs and patio seating. There is also ample parking on the street.

Other things to note
Our space is typically for 2 guests but we can easily accommodate for 4 with the two twin trundle beds :). We live in a quiet family neighborhood so guests need to be aware of noise levels after 10 pm. There is ample street parking typically - just make sure to watch signs for street cleaning which is just a couple hours on Monday and Tuesday mornings.

Neighborhood highlights

Los Angeles is a bustling city and our home gives us a peaceful and safe haven from the busy-ness of everyday life. The diversity of our neighborhood is one of our favorite things - there is an ice cream truck that comes around everyday as well as a truck that sells fresh produce. We are a short ride away from the metro and central to most places in LA.

My husband Chris and I are avid travelers, foodies, and nature geeks - living out in sunny Los Angeles. I’m a Northern California native, UCLA grad and he grew up out in Georgia, and is a UGA grad. We are entrepreneurs and usually home most of the time along with our rescue pup Toby. We recently have gotten into gardening so have been planting an abundance of veggies and herbs in the backyard :) We are also pretty big Disney nerds (we got engaged there) so especially will go crazy getting to share theme park tips! With all of the years in Los Angeles, we love sharing recs not only for our favorite tourist hotspots, but for all of the local neighborhood spots and diverse experiences that we love about LA.
