Guest access
Entire Property: If renting the entire property, access to all amenities are included in the rental price including the casita and Entertainment room.

Main House Only: If renting only the main house, access to the pool area, patio, BBQ grilling area and 9-hole miniature putting greens are included.

Casita Only: If renting only the casita, access to the pool area, hot tub, BBQ grilling area, Entertainment room, and 9-hole miniature putting greens are included.

On the day of arrival, guests will be provided with the front door access code.

Resort fee is $50/night. This is additional paid through the Resolution Center.

Other things to note
No parties or events of any kind are allowed, including gatherings with unregistered guests that exceed the booked guest count.
• Guests must respect quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM; loud music, shouting, or any noise that may disturb neighbors is not permitted at any time.
• The maximum number of people on the property (day or night) may not exceed the number of guests on the reservation, unless pre-approved in writing.
• If neighbors report excessive noise, parties, or disruptive behavior, guests may be required to leave immediately with no refund of booking fees, in line with Airbnb’s community disturbance and party policies.
• Guests are responsible for any fines, citations, or penalties resulting from noise complaints, unauthorized parties, or disturbance to the community.
