Tulum Jungle Loft is a fully furnished loft apartment in a newer development only 1/2 mile from downtown Tulum, 3/4 mile from the bus station downtown on the edge of the jungle. We are on the south end of town. The loft is set atop the 3rd floor of a luxury villa and has a spiral staircase up to its private entrance. Sleeping arrangements include 1 queen bed and 1 double futon bed, so it can sleep 1 to 4 people but is ideal for couples or solo travelers.
Some of the amenities include a well equipped gourmet kitchen, air-conditioning, stereo system with speaker sound system, wireless high speed internet access, smart TV with Roku, Netflix and a dartboard! There's also a beach bed on the terrace (not shown in pictures) and breakfast nook balcony with a hammock to enjoy the amazing jungle views or just take a siesta.
Then there's the lovely pool in a very quiet common area complete with palapa lounge and bar with a comfortable couch and chairs for chillin by the pool , this really is one of the nicest places to stay in the town of Tulum, especially if you enjoy a few more luxuries and amenities with your accommodations. The sunsets from the loft are breathtaking over the jungle.

There's a small grocery store, health food store and gas station within walking distance as well.

We are like magic helpful ghosts, we will be around if you need us and invisible if you don't. We are open to conversation yet we also respect privacy and timing.
The third-floor loft is on the south end of town, around half a mile from downtown Tulum. Great restaurants, fresh seafood, and local fruit and vegetable stands are within easy reach.
Taxis, scooter and bike rentals are everywhere and are great local town and maybe to the beach, but you'll want a rental car to get the most out of Tulum. Things are spread out here and taxis, tours and transfers will add up versus a rental car and the options it give you.
We have a cat named Mosie that lives in the house downstairs. She's mostly an outdoor cat-you may see her in the area. If you like cats, invite her in for a visit. If you don't or you have allergies, just shoo her away and you won't likely see her again. Mosie is a cool cat.
