Hello Yael, I am sorry to hear about your experience. The boiler switches off if it is manually switched off by someone (for example another guest) or if it is very windy outside. However it is really easy to relight, the method is exactly the same as a gas stove (instructions for this can be found on the billboard together with other useful information), furthermore we inspect it on a regular basis to see if it is working (as we have formely experienced several times that guests who are not used to gas heaters occasionally, even though they are asked not to, switch off the blue main lever and cut off the gas supply).
Concerning your bed I must state that no, it is absolutely not true that we have't addressed the issue since February. To explain to you in brief, due to the design of the ikea bed if the bed is moved excessively, the bed slates under the mattress turn sideways, one or two slates may fail to be supported from underneath and then the string connecting the slates break and gaps are formed in the whole structure which cause the slates to fall down. Unfortunately this is a design problem of the bed, we have replaced the bed slates with completely new ones 3 times now and the problem still persists so it now seems that we will have to come up with an alternative solution. I am sorry for the inconvenice.
About your third issue, all our windows are double and apart from this they are double glazed with sound insulation. Therefore if they are closed properly, it is highly unlikely to encounter excessive noise levels. Yes, if they are open there is noise coming in, but unfortunately if you have an apartment so centrally located in a big city it is very hard to completely avoid street noise.
Finally I have to emphasis that me or my brother or sister are available 24 hours a day on phone, email, airbnb platform etc. and we honestly didn't receive a query from you...
I nevertheless hope that you enjoyed your stay and I hope to welcome you back again when everything is perfectly set in line with your expectations.
