Lucia is a nice and friendly person. It was sometimes a little difficult to get hold of her, but no major problem. The flat is nicely decorated (IKEA furnitures), very clean, enough space for my husband and me. There's even a nice little balcony where you can enjoy some sun and fresh air. Bedroom was a little too bright in the morning, as the curtains still let light through. Bed is a little narrow (I think it's 140) and short, but as a couple, that was nothing major. Bathroom was a little small, can fit one person only. Currently there's no hair dryer, but Lucia has said she'd get one soon.Location was good, 2 streets away from s-bahn stop Kriegstrasse from one side, and another one i(Yorckstrasse) is 3 blocks away.
Beautiful apartment, clean and organized. Communication was great as well, and Lucia let me borrow her bike!
This is a nice clean, newly decorated apartment. It is in a very large block, overlooking communal gardens at the back. Conveniently situated for central Karlsruhe. Only problem was that Lucia had not changed the name on the entrance, so I had no idea which buzzer to press. After 30 minutes I finally got her on the phone and she came down to let me in. I hope she has sorted this out now as I was pretty fed up. I was a bit confused as I think she has let this before, so I don't know why her name isn't on the entrance. Otherwise all good.

About the Host, Lucia
I am from Colombia, I am easy going and friendly.
I live with in a large apartment in the west of Karlsruhe and I own two apartments in the city center since February 2015. My son used to rent one of these before I took over and now I am happy to offer it - I also offer a room in my own apartment and a room in my son's apartment.
I used to work as a Fashion Designer with my own company in Colombia and since I live in Germany I work as a fashion designer from home and work on dress tailoring for women.
I like travelling, going out for a drink and I love cultures!
I love people who take good care of my apartments and don't make party in them.
