Welcome to Lagoon Lookout, a beautiful waterfront home ideally located on Wade Drive in Maya Beach, just off the main road and set along the tranquil Placencia Lagoon.

This Caribbean-inspired retreat offers a spacious and upscale getaway for up to 6 guests. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and privacy, the home features two nearly identical studio-style bedrooms, one on the north side and one on the south.

Each includes a plush king-size bed, a private bathroom, a full kitchen, and breathtaking lagoon views. Step out onto your private balcony from either suite and take in the serene surroundings.

Between the two studios is a shared open-air entertainment space, perfect for relaxing together while still maintaining privacy.

For larger groups, the property also includes a poolside suite. When booking for up to 6 guests, this additional space becomes available and features its own private bathroom and kitchenette. It can serve as a third bedroom or a fun entertainment area just steps from the pool.

Outdoor Living at Its Best

Enjoy a refreshing 4-ft pool overlooking the lagoon, perfect for cooling off on sunny Belizean days. The poolside suite provides convenient access to a bathroom, and the outdoor shower adds an extra tropical touch to your stay.

• Dart board area for games and socializing
• Two Hobie pedal kayaks for lagoon for beach adventures
• Fishing gear included, try your luck right off the dock! Guests have caught jack, barracuda, snapper, and more
Included: Fish cleaning knives, 2 fishing rods and reels, assorted fishing lures, pliers, lip grippers, and a net.

We kindly ask that all equipment is treated with care. Additional gear (extra kayaks, rods, or lures) may be available at an added cost.
