Welcome to Casa Nostra @2Casitas. You'll have a great time at this clean, comfortable and equipped spot to stay close to the best surf breaks and beaches Rincon has to offer.

We have a beautiful garden area with a lovely pool. Our garden area and pool are shared with three other units on the property.

Our property runs on solar power, is connected to the grid, has a water cistern and satellite internet.

The space
This 1 bedroom / 1 bath unit is a clean and comfortable spot to stay close to the breaks. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, comfy living/dining area and a lovely bedroom with tv.

Our property has four units, all with separate parking and entrances. Only the garden and pool are shared.

Guest access
We are located in a residential neighborhood off the famous "413: Road to Happiness". Our road heads down to Sandy Beach.

Our spot is ideal for surfers. While our neighborhood tends to be quiet, during surf season you will hear the cars going up and down the road, especially when there are good waves.

Other things to note
Our property is on the a side road off of the 413 down to Sandy beach. The parking is a marquesina/carport. In busy season, the road can be active. If you are not familiar with driving on Rincon roads or roads outside the US, this may not be the spot for you.

We provide toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner other items as a starter pack. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to buy additional supplies.
