Midvale is suburb of Perth's metro area close to the town of Midland. The airport and Perth CBD is easily accessible by car, train or bus 20 mins away ( the train does not go to the airport ). The train station is a 15min walk from your location, there are also bus route's 200mt either end of the street.
Perth's wine region the Swan valley is a short 10min drive away along with the Perth hills and the historical Guildford. The main shopping hub of midland is again a short 10min walk. There is also a aquatic centre situated a short 5 min walk away

We are a normal working couple who always like a bit of a yarn. Apart from your own BBQ & sitting area you are also welcome to use the entertainment area at the rear of the house where you can relax and enjoy a beer or wine and interact.
