Fantastic building, apartment and area. Handy for Marcy Avenue subway station for easy reach of Manhattan. Also within walking distance of the lovely Bedford Avenue. The view from the roof is fantastic! Very nice industrial chic apartment with ample facilities.
This was our first visit to New York and we would definitely recommend Justin's apartment, especially for couples.
Justin was great - very helpful and accommodating before our trip even when we had to change dates at a relatively late stage. The flat was very well positioned right opposite the East River ferry terminal with connections to Brooklyn Heights and Lower Manhattan.
The view from the roof was astonishing and an incredible breakfast spot complete with bagels and coffee from local deli!
Absolutely loved our stay at Justin's. It was our first trip to W'burg and we felt like we got an insight into life and living in the area. Perfect apartment for a couple - clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Highly recommend it!
Great studio in a great location! Very spacious studio in a creative building, lovely atmosphere with the large window, and the most incredible view from the accessible rooftop! We started our every morning by having a coffee on the roof, really special.
Nice quiet neighbourhood, but only a 15-20 minute walk from the heart of Williamsburg, and a really easy one stop on the subway commute into lower east side, but more excitingly right across the street from the building there is an East River Ferry terminal that is the quickest and funnest way to get to Manhattan. Overall very happy.
Wonderful apartment in a great location. This is the ultimate Williamsburg experience. I really enjoyed staying here. Thanks Justin!
Apartment was exactly as listed, in a great location! The rooftop view of the skyline is total heaven, I would definitely recommend and stay again if the opportunity presents itself. The market down the street is small but had everything needed, the subway stop is several blocks away and takes you directly into the city which was great!
I didn't get to meet Justin but he always promptly answered all my texts, the lady that met with me was awesome even after I locked the keys in the apt and she very sweetly met with me to let me back in the apt to get the keys.
