  • My partner and I loved staying at this apartment!!!
It was very clean and comfortable (and the roof was as in the pictures: amazing!).
The place was safe, next to Urban market and restaurants, only 10 minutes to Marcy Ave.
If you like holidaying like you live there, you'll really love it here...

  • Really nice apartment in a worn down, but cool building. It's 10 minutes walk to the action on Bedford Ave and the neighborhood is quiet. Also 10 min walk to Brooklyn Bridge and nearest subway station. Didn't meet Gray but check in and check out was easy and well organized. Would stay again!

  • Justin's appartment is very nice and well situated. It was very clean and we had everything we needed. It was nearby to everything in Williamsburg. The neighborhood is pretty safe. The view of Manhattan on the roof was magnificent. I liked the industrial/artsy feel of the building. Small note : If you are tall, you will need to be cautious when climbing to the bed with the ladder.

  • We had a great stay at Justin's loft! Before we arrived Justin provided us with all the information we needed and he was very flexible with dropping of our suitcases. The loft itself is cosy, light and has a nice feel to it. The neighborhood is great and we preferred to walk to the shops and restaurants in Williamsburg, but you could also take a bus or a citybike. The metro to Manhattan is also on walking distance and with an unlimited pass this is very convenient. We would definitely come back and stay at the loft and would highly recommend this one.

  • It was really a nice place! Small, but tidy and it has a comfortable bed.
Williamsburg is just the place to be and the apartment is close to all the cool shops and bars.
I would def. go again and stay in the loft!
I'm already jealous you are/could be staying in this place ;)

  • This was my first time using Airbnb and I'm very satisfied. I loved the loft and wish I could stay forever. Some days were very cold during our stay in NY, and it was great to get back to the apartment with heated floors to take a warm bath after walking around the city all day. The high ceiling and large window is a big plus, and the lofted bed is really nice. The kitchen is simple, but has everything you need, we made dinner one night and breakfast every morning. A little dusty on the shelves and the pipes in the kitchen area, otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean. There is a wonderful book collection, so you don't have to bring anything to read.
It's a good neighbourhood, it feels safe and with Marcy station 10 minutes away it's a short commute to Manhattan. You find citibikes and the ferry right outside the builing also.
Urban market is just down the street and we shopped our groceries there almost every day, there is a big selection of food and drinks.
We didn't meet Justin, but a nice woman met up with us after our flight was delayed and let us in late in the evening. The view from the rooftop is amazing, we didn't spend much time up there because it was freezing outside and the NY-wind makes it really cold, but I could only imagine how it it in the spring or summer!

I really recommend this apartment and would stay there again any day!

  • This place is amazing. Really nice area, close to lots of great bars and restaurants. The apartment is tiny but has a really high ceiling and a huge window so it feels really cosy. The apartment was clean as well although don't expect a recently renovated or new building. It used to be a factory I think and then a squat and then artist's studios so it's still quite rough looking. But it's full of charm and there is an amazing (really amazing) view from the rooftop.

  • My partner and I loved staying in Justin's apartment for our time in New York. It was a lot bigger than expected and the bed was so comfortable. Only downfall was the loud music blaring through the walls on a few nights until early hours of the morning.
