The space
The Annex is a self contained detached studio which is modern and spacious giving guests the ideal home from home experience whilst still enjoying the luxuries of a hotel.

Featuring a king size bed, white leather sofa, wall mounted digital tv, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, dining or work space, free wifi and free parking for 1 vehicle.

The Annex is a detached space (seperate from the house) situated across our driveway from our family home.

We are located next to Rosebourne Hampton in Arden Garden Centre, which you can walk to from the Annex. Here they run a restaurant/cafe which serves cooked breakfast, sandwiches and hot meals.
There are several pubs and eateries located close by also as well as Sainsburys Local.

We can provide full details of all local amenities.

The Annex is conveniently located as per google maps 4.7 miles 7 minutes from Birmingham NEC, Resort World & Birmingham Airport.

Please note: we are not on any public transport routes. We have a train station (Berkswell) less than 5 minutes drive away which offers free parking.

Birmingham City Centre is 15 minutes away by train and 25 minutes by car.

Guests have full access to all parts of The Annex.
There is strictly no access to the main house.
As we have children and a dog we kindly ask guests to contact us via telephone message or email.

Please note that we have a dog. He has no access to The Annex.
There is only space for 1 car.
There is only one king size bed we are unable to offer a separate bed or sofa bed

Only 5 minutes away from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport.
Our closest town is Solihull which has shops, restaurants and bars.

My work: Dance teacher
Originally from Manchester I have lived in the Midlands for over 15 years. I am a dance teacher and a full time mum to four children. I love spending time with my family and sharing a glass of wine or 2 with friends :) I also love getting out and about and holidays in the sun. Favourite holidays to date have got to be Dubai and Venice. I love reading especially Irish chick-lit (not sure why?!) and have a not so secret love of musicals and cheesy pop.
