Property Highlights
✔ Mountain & Ski in/out & Winter Shuttle Access:
Ski in/out access from the property via scenic National Forest glades down to Peak 9 green runs, connecting straight to the Quicksilver and Beaver Run SuperChairs. Lift and trail access can be weather and snow dependent, and in low-snow years these tree routes may open later than the resort's initial opening date (generally Christmas through April). Skiing back to the property features a fun tree-skiing route best suited for intermediate and advanced skiers. A free winter shuttle (Thanksgiving through Mid April) provides an easy alternative for beginners and anyone who prefers not to ski back.
✔ Mountain Relaxation & Privacy:
Soak in the large, private outdoor hot tub year-round, take in the peak views from the sunny south-facing deck, fire up the barbecue, enjoy music from Bluetooth speaker, or relax beside the gas fireplace. The home directly borders the National Forest, giving you incredible peace, absolute quiet, and privacy away from the crowded resort bases.
✔ Best of Both Worlds Location:
Enjoy a secluded, quiet alpine setting that feels a world away, while staying just a short 5-minute drive or fast winter shuttle ride from the historic restaurants, boutique shopping, and vibrant nightlife of downtown Breckenridge. Spend your days exploring the town without sacrificing your peace and privacy at night.
✔ Trail Access Steps from Your Door
The Townhome complex directly borders the pristine White River National Forest and Peak 9 of Breckenridge Resort. Step right outside to jump onto the Burro Trail for world-class hiking, mountain biking, and winter snowshoeing without ever needing to get in your car.
✔ Flexible Sleeping:

Ski-In / Ski-Out & Ski Shuttle Details
We make getting to the snow seamless, offering two excellent options depending on your group's skill level and the time of winter you visit:
1. Free Winter Shuttle: Operating from Thanksgiving through mid-April, this fast, complimentary shuttle picks you up steps from the door and drops you directly at the Peak 9 Base Area—ideal for beginners, families, ski school attendees, and hassle-free transit.
2. Adventure Trail (Ski-In/Ski-Out): Intermediate to advanced skiers access Ski-In/Ski-Out steps from the door. Glide a few minutes through scenic National Forest glades directly down to a green run connecting straight to the Quicksilver and Beaver Run SuperChairs on Peak 9 Breckenridge. Heading home involves a black ski run to a fun tree-skiing route back to your door. Seasonal Note: Ski in/out depends on natural snowpack and the Falcon Lift schedule. They generally open by Christmas and wind down in April. When tree trails are resting, the winter shuttle (Thanksgiving through Mid April) handles all your mountain transit seamlessly! Because Ski-In/Ski-Out is via National Forest, skiers assume all risks. Detailed ski in/out information provided as requested or upon booking.

My work: Engineer
Lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado
We live in Colorado Springs, and have rented our Breckenridge Townhome since 2009, and our condo in Crested Butte since 2020. My husband is retired military, so we have had more free time to enjoy the Mountains for long weekends and holidays. We love the backcountry hiking, skiing, and biking access for both of our places.
