Location excellent both for sightseeing and nightlife. Good value. Apartment nice and quiet but partially in the semi-basement. This makes the damp smell quite strong in the entrance and kitchen. The bedrooms have windows and don't smell. If you suffer form asma or allergies you may be sensitive to this environment. Otherwise it's a fine simple flat in the heart of Rome.

Excellent place to stay. Lilian was very helpful, arranged a car for us and let us leave our bags in the apartment before checkin since our flight arrived early. The apartment had everything we needed and was walkable to all the major sights..

Lily was a wonderful host, with amazing communication skills, answering emails almost immediately. Apartment was in a fantastic central position which means you can literally walk to everything you need..plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and all tourist attractions. The flat is quite small when you use all the beds. Only one shower was working. The ventilation isn't great, with only a window in each of the main bedrooms. However, the location is what really sells this property. Lily also arranged our airport transfer, which I would highly recommend.

Overall I would rate this a positive experience. The main issue that I would highlight is that there was a damn odour in one of bedrooms as there is a shower unit right inside the bedroom. The area is very convenient and makes it easy to get around. The flip side of this is that the place is also in a very trendy area with a lot of nightlife, so it can be quite noisy till late. The communication and arrangements from Lily was excellent. The key handover was easy and efficient, with no problems. Lily also arranged a taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the airport at a very reasonable rate.

the apartment was in a convenient position with great restaurants and sites nearby. Disappointingly the apartment was dirty , food on dishes and glasses , a problem with one toilet and no hot water for 3 days. The host could be contacted but didn't resolve issue for 3 days. Frustrating with a family with children.

I'm Lilian, I'm 33 years old, I'm married and I have a child, and I manage the apartment with the help of my coworkers.

I was born in Paraguay and I lived there until 2003, when I moved in Rome.
I love travelling and meeting new people, and I know in first person, what does it mean to be a "Tourist", for this reason we (my family and my co workers) do all the best to offer to our customers the certainty of giving a first class service.

I love the good kitchen, the music and the sea, and over all I love to take care of our customers in any aspect of their needs, starting from a taxi service to a suggestion for a restaurant, or to have more informations about what to do and what to visit in Rome.

I'm looking forward to meet you!
