🚫 Vehicle Restrictions
Oversized, recreational, or commercial vehicles (anything with a logo) are not permitted unless they can fully fit inside the garage. Please see our house rules for more details.

🚗 Speeding & Traffic Rules
The community strictly enforces its speed limits. The posted speed limit is 25 mph, and the HOA monitors vehicles using radar. Tickets of $100 or more are issued for anyone driving over 5 mph above the limit. Guests are fully responsible for any fines or violations incurred during their stay. Please drive carefully and respect all posted signs.

💦 Pools
Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April. Exact dates vary depending on seasonal weather.

❄️ Air Conditioning
To protect the system, AC units should not be set below 70°F in the summer months. Lower settings may cause the system to freeze or break, and repair costs could be charged to guests.

🌱 Overseeding Season
Each September, the grass around the condos and golf course goes dormant, and reseeding takes place throughout October. During this period, the golf course may be intermittently closed, and the grounds can appear browner than usual. (This is standard across all desert communities each fall.)
