Welcome to our 1000 square feet 2 bedrooms guest house, this is a completely private and separate guest house on our property. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place in Santa Ana, CA., 10 min drive to Disneyland, Great Wolf Lodge, Little Saigon, South Coast Plaza and 20 minute driving to the beaches. Has 1 King bed with private bath, and 1 full/twin bunk bed and 1 twin bed with a shared bathroom. Free parking on driveway.

The space
Beautiful and spacious 2 bedrooms Guest House in Santa Ana. We prefer to host long term guests but if you are staying for a short time just ask if the room is available and we will respond to you.

There is a full kitchen for guest to use for cooking your own meals.

High speed wireless internet and smart tv is available. A washer and dryer is on the premises so you can wash your clothes. Restaurants and super markets are walking distance. The city bus runs daily and is about 10 minutes walk from the house.

The house is very peaceful in a safe neighborhood in the down town of Santa Ana, california, on the border city of fountain valley and garden grove, 5miles from Disneyland and Angel Stadium.10 min drive. 5 miles from John wayne airport and 2 miles from Downtown Santa Ana. I can arrange for personal transportation when you arrive at the airport for much less than the cost of a taxi.

we are newly wed couple in our 40's who work full time in the medical field, we love to travel, enjoy different foods from other cultures, and meet new friends from around the world.

For our peace of mind, we ask that all potential guests to please tell us about yourself if you plan on booking stay here. Who you are, what you do, how long your stay is, where and /or what your plans are during your stay, and a profile picture available so we feel comfortable accepting your request. We like you to feel welcome and at home here also.

We prefer to host to people with full profiles, photographs and have completed all verification.

Check-in time is after 4pm(somewhat flexible) and check-out time is before 11am. (flexible if we dont have other guests checking in on the same day) we can discuss the details once i hear more about your plans and i will try to accommodate your needs.
