1 Bedroom/1 Full Bath Tiny House with hot tub and one of a kind panoramic lake and mountain views. Inside, you'll walk into a small great room with cathedral ceilings, a full chef's kitchen, and all the comforts of home. There's a 12x18 sq ft loft, full bath with tub, and a queen size bedroom. Best of all, there are breathtaking views from every window. Outside, you'll find a large spacious 470 sq ft partially covered deck with outdoor furniture and stunning views of Fontana Lake and the GSMNP.

The space
This tiny house is perched on a 2200 ft elevation ridge with breathtaking views of Fontana Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It’s only 400 sq ft inside but perfect for 2 people. The living room has cathedral ceilings with a ceiling fan. The chef’s kitchen has been provided with everything you need, including a full size of oven, to make gourmet meals at home. There’s a bathtub/shower, a pantry closet, full size washer/dryer, and refrigerator. The bedroom houses a luxury queen bed and a wardrobe for clothes. The living room offers a full size sleeper sofa. There’s even a 4 ft high 12x18 loft upstairs surrounded by windows. The best part is that each room has windows to stunning mountain/lake views. This home also has a 470 sq ft partially covered deck, picnic table, and deck furniture. It’s immersed in nature, so prepare to hear birdsong all around you. To really enjoy the outdoors, we’ve provided a fire pit with firewood that can be purchased on the property, and a charcoal grill for evening meals under the stars.

Other things to note
Be at peace knowing these homes are completely free of any toxic fragrances or chemical cleaners. There are no air fresheners, plug ins, scented candles, incense, commercial laundry soaps or fabric softeners. We wash all of the linens, shower curtains, bath mats etc. in house to insure they are cleaned without any toxic commercial soaps, stain removers, or bleach. We use non toxic cleaning supplies like Unscented Seventh Generation, BonAmi, BioKleen, peroxide, vinegar, and baking soda. This entire 12 acre property has NEVER been sprayed with pesticide. We are aware of how these toxic commercial fragrances have a burning effect on the nerves, can perpetuate a weakened immune system, deplete the nervous system, and cause several other chronic health symptoms. Rejoice in knowing that inside our homes and outside in the surrounding hundreds of acres of National Forest, clean air and oxygen are absorbed with every breath.
