Reasonably priced, great location for us. Roc was a very conscientious host.
My husband and I stayed at roc place, roc kept in contact with us before we got there . And while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Roc place was very clean and very comfortable. We would definitely rebook with roc. Thank you so much roc for allowing us to stay at your place so we could visit with the grandkids
Great little apartment in Brooklyn! Very close to the Parkside Av metro station which is a quick ride to Manhattan or Coney Island. My friend and I spent 1 week at Roc's apartment and very much enjoyed the close proximity to Prospect Park. Plenty of coin laundries around as well, which was handy. Roc and his friends from downstairs were super friendly and helpful! Overall, a nice place to wind down after a long day in NYC.
Roc is a great host! He is always helping with information and anything you need. The apartment is great and lovely, with everything you need, clean and warm like home! Amazing location, close to the train station and is really safe. I was traveling alone, and I was a little concern about the safety during the night but it was just perfect. 100% recommended :)
1 week, my boyfriend and I...our first experience in NYC was great and exciting!! But I try to focus on my stay at Roc's house which was also my first experience with Air B'B. He was really really nice! Before, during and after our stay there. He helped us in reaching the apartment from JFK and in knowing the neighborhood and good places to eat. The apartment is exactly what you see, original and clean. We slept very well (maybe cause we were very tired!) and had everything we needed, also the WIFI. Sometimes, during the week of our stay, Roc wrote us just to know if we were good and everything was going well. He is always helpful! Even if at first sight you could be "lost" because the neighborhood is very different from ours in Italy, in few hours you can discover a very nice place with nice people and a safe neighborhood, night and day. The metro station is 5 minutes walk from the apartment and takes you to Manhattan (Times Square) in 25 minutes. I recommend Roc, for his house, for his generosity and for living a real american experience in Brooklyn! I hope to come back soon and I hope my friends who plan to get in NYC will go to Roc's apartment! Thank you!!!!!
We spent a week this fall in New-York and enjoyed staying in Roc's place. The apartment is clean and comfortable, and makes you feel at home. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and the place is close to transportation. Roc is very kind, and always makes sure everything is fine. He also cooks a delicious cheesecake. Thank you.

I am a Performing and Visual Artist, born in the Caribbean and raised in Brooklyn. I love all people; I don't care of your ethnic background, religion, gender or sexual orientation- hope that the person(s) that stays at my place, has similar views. All that I ask is.. respect my property, keep an open line of communication, and treat it how you would like a person to treat your place. I love to keep things simple, and I love to get to the core of something that appears to be ugly, in order to find the true beauty. They call me the Frugal King- always in search of a great bargain: meals, plane tickets, art galleries, music events, etc... I have a hobby of making homemade cheesecake, that is now blooming into a business. Hope this is helpful.
