Our 125 scenic acres are located in the fertile Butternuts Valley. Our 100 year-old farmhouse is beautifully decorated and maintained. Our post and beam barn is breathtaking and a beautiful gathering space. You will not want to leave...actually, you will want to move here!
Only 3 1/2 hrs. from NYC, 1 hour from Albany, 45 minutes from Cooperstown and Binghamton, 25 minutes from Oneonta,15 minutes from Gilbert Lake State Park.

About the Host, Sharon
We are a family of six, from Queens, NY. We are very family-oriented and spend most of our time with our extended families. We enjoy spending time in upstate NY where we have a vacation home on a former dairy farm.
