The Space

Cute and sun-filled junior one bedroom. Separate kitchen/small dining area and the twin bed is placed in a small space just off the living area. Wifi is included, and there is a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement. The living room has large bay windows with lovely views of the Presidio's trees.

Clean & quiet, adjacent to the Presidio (San Francisco's beautiful National Park). There is an elevator in the building.

The Inner Richmond is a practical and comfortable neighborhood with a citywide reputation for fantastic restaurants. Perfect for a peaceful stay in San Francisco, this neighborhood is between the city and the ocean. There are several bus lines nearby, including the 1 and the 38 (which will take you straight to the city) and the 33 (which goes through the MIssion district).

Clement St: Great Burmese, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean restaurants, Chinese bakeries, Irish pubs.

Golden Gate Park: You can drive into the park on 8th or 10th avenues or at Arguello, but it is also walkable. Stow Lake, the museums and the Japanese Tea Garden are all an easy, pleasant walk away.

The Presidio: The Presidio, now a national park, was the longest-lasting continuously used military post in the United States, and it boasts military buildings dating from 1848 in a variety of styles, from Spanish Colonial to Georgian. It's also home to many native California plant species, and some rare birds and animals. Joggers and dog walkers can follow portions of the marked Bay Area Ridge trail or discover secret tracks through the cypress and eucalyptus trees.
