Welcome to The Owl's Nest at Dale Hollow Lake. Designed by Mulberry Homes, our newest getaway is perfectly designed for families and groups looking to make the most of lake life.

Inside, you’ll find a bright and open layout with soaring floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The main level features a King bedroom, Queen bedroom, full bathroom, laundry, and a modern kitchen/dining/living area with all-new furnishings.

Upstairs, kids and friends will love the bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks and its own full bathroom.

Step outside to enjoy a spacious deck with serene wooded views, or gather around the brand-new custom fire pit for s’mores and stargazing after a day on the water.

⚡️ EXCESSIVE ENERGY USAGE POLICY
This property is intended for standard residential use only. Activities that result in excessive or abnormal utility consumption are not permitted, including but not limited to:
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Data or server hosting
- Running commercial-grade equipment
- Any activity designed to generate income or requiring unusually high electrical load
Utility usage is actively monitored. If a guest’s usage significantly exceeds normal household consumption levels, the guest agrees to be financially responsible for excess utility charges. Excess usage will be calculated based on the property’s historical average utility consumption for the same time period over the prior 12 months, adjusted for seasonality and occupancy. Charges will be billed to the guest after checkout and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
