We are happy to consider longer-term stays. However, please note we require professional cleaning every two weeks at a fee of $225 per. Guests will be responsible for utility costs to be agreed-upon at the time of booking. If the actual utility fees are over 20% of the agreed amount, the guest will be responsible to cover the additional amount.

Please NOTE: If you are planning ANY type of photo shoot or filming at this location you MUST notify us at the time if booking. All shoots must be approved in advance. Not doing so will result in a fee.

NO LOUD OUTDOOR MUSIC. Sound carries much more than you think in this area, so when in doubt TURN IT DOWN. PLEASE be mindful and respectful of the neighbors and the neighborhood. If your stay results in complaints your deposit could be in jeopardy. Do not block any roads, damage or harm in anyway the surrounding plant or animal life and do not walk on to any other properties surrounding the house.

Although small children are welcome and loved, this property may not be a great fit. Being a parent, I like to note that the house is not child proofed so please keep that in mind when booking.

Due to local laws regarding open flames we have removed the fire pit and replaced it with a propane type fire pit.

Please note the home will continue to evolve, it may vary slightly from the pictures. Our goal is for you to feel at home. We hope you will enjoy it.

The Jacuzzi is newly upgraded. Please turnoff when not using.

General Note: this is a remote location we do NOT have someone to come out on short notice for repairs although we try our best to accommodate whenever possible. Sorry for any inconvenience.
