Description

The space

You are welcome to use any item you need while staying in the farmhouse.
A BBQ grill (propane) with tools, is available on the back porch for you to use. Steak, chicken, hot dogs and even veggies always taste better on the grill. (S'mores are great, too.)
There is plenty of space for an outdoor picnic and kids to run around the yard, they won't bother the neighbors :). Or, maybe just soak in the fresh mountain air and watch the sunset, then the stars come out. Yes, you can really see them here.
Board games and books (for 'kids' of all ages) are available for those quieter moments.
The TV has internet and Roku capabilities, so you can watch Netflix, listen to music, etc.
Have a couple more kids? There's a queen size sofa sleeper, and room for an air mattress in the common area. Or, maybe a sleeping bag, if you're so inclined.
If you have any personal needs or need to tweak something, just reach out to us and we will do our best to help accommodate you.
We want you to feel at home.

Guest access

Our guests will have access to the entire home including the 2 car garage. The house is located on the LG Daley Farm in the Milburn Valley.

Interaction with guests

My wife, Angie and I live on the ranch in the house next door. We're available to answer any questions and give recommendations for places to eat, and activities around town, if you like. Or we will just let you enjoy the peace and quiet.

The neighborhood

Milburn is an unincorporated community in Sanpete County, Utah, United States. It is mainly an outgrowth of Fairview on the Sanpitch River. Milburn has had several names in the past such as Milborn and Millburn, all of which were related in some way to the early sawmills built at the mouth of nearby canyons. Today, Milburn is mostly an agricultural region.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, except for an occasional tractor or cow, we are the place for you.

Getting around

Out here you get around under your own power. You can take an early morning walk/run, an evening stroll, ride your bike, ATV or drive your own vehicle.
We will provide directions to the Farmhouse for you based on where you are coming from, North or South.

Other things to note

We live on a cattle ranch, hence there will be cattle. From time to time you will see us out on the tractor or in the fields. You are welcome to watch what we do, but please respect the animals, the farmer and their space.

Imacculate. Tastefully furnished and homey. Beds were so comfy. Smell of hayfields in the evenings on the porch. Quiet and serene. Lynn was responsive and was flexible to our check-in check-out schedule. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

The house is very cute and very private. Hosts were great with communication, and nice touch to leave bread, butter, honey, peanut butter, and jam :) The location is very private, peaceful and beautiful.

A small country house, lost in the valley, with 360 degree views to the Utah mountains. It is very well equipped, very clean and has all you need. The garage is a must during those snowy days. We loved it and will be back!

Fantastic beds, super comfortable! Easy communication and check in/out. Lovely snacks, and sparkling juices left out for our late arrival. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. This house is 15-17 Min to Wasatch Academy for those looking for space while visiting the school.
