About this listing
Come and enjoy a visit to the country.
Our quaint farmhouse is located just north of Fairview at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains, nestled in the quiet Milburn Valley. It has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat and AC, and a large two car garage. There's parking for your ATVs and trailers.
It's a 15-minute drive to the top of Skyline Drive where you can play in the snow, hike, hunt, swim or fish.
To the South of us: Wasatch Academy, 15 min. Snow College, 30 min.
You are welcome to use any item you need while staying in the farmhouse.
A BBQ grill, with tools, is available on the back porch for you to use. Steak, chicken, hot dogs and even veggies always taste better on the grill. (S'mores are great, too.)
There is plenty of space for an outdoor picnic and kids to run around the yard (they won't bother the neighbors :). Or, maybe just soak in the fresh mountain air and watch the stars come out.
Board games and books (for 'kids' of all ages) are available for those quieter moments.
The TV has internet and Roku capabilities, so you can watch Netflix, listen to music, etc.
Have a couple more kids? There's room for an air mattress or two in the common area. Or, maybe a sleeping bag, if you're so inclined.
If you have any personal needs or need to tweak something, just reach out to us and we will do our best to help accommodate you.
We want you to feel at home.
Our guests will have access to the entire home including the garage. The house is located on the LG Daley Farm in the Milburn Valley.
Interaction with guests
My wife, Angie and I live on the ranch in the house next door. We're available to answer any questions and give recommendations for places to eat, and activities around town.
Milburn is an unincorporated community in Sanpete County, Utah, United States. It is mainly an outgrowth of Fairview on the Sanpitch River. Milburn has had several names in the past such as Milborn and Millburn, all of which were related in some way to the early sawmills built at the mouth of nearby canyons. Today, Milburn is mostly an agricultural region.
Out here you get around under your own power. You can take an early morning walk/run, an evening stroll, ride your bike, ATV or drive your own vehicle.
Other things to note
We live on a cattle ranch, hence there will be cattle. From time to time you will see us out on the tractor or in the fields. You are welcome to watch what we do, but please respect the animals and their space.
