Come and enjoy a visit to the country.
Our quaint farmhouse is located just north of Fairview nestled in quiet Milburn Valley. It has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat and AC, and a large two car garage. Room for ATVs and toy trailers.

East: Skyline Drive, 15 minutes.
South: Wasatch Academy, 15 min. Spring City , 20 min. Snow College, 30 min. Mormon Miracle Pageant & Manti LDS Temple, 40 min.
West: Moroni & Maple Canyon, 25-30 min. Fountain Green, 30 min. Nephi, 45 min.

The space

You are welcome to use any item you need while staying in the farmhouse.
A BBQ grill (propane) with tools, is available on the back porch for you to use. Steak, chicken, hot dogs and even veggies always taste better on the grill. (S'mores are great, too.)
There is plenty of space for an outdoor picnic and kids to run around the yard, they won't bother the neighbors :). Or, maybe just soak in the fresh mountain air and watch the sunset, then the stars come out. Yes, you can really see them here.
Board games and books (for 'kids' of all ages) are available for those quieter moments.
The TV has internet and Roku capabilities, so you can watch Netflix, listen to music, etc.
Have a couple more kids? There's a queen size sofa sleeper, and room for an air mattress in the common area. Or, maybe a sleeping bag, if you're so inclined.
If you have any personal needs or need to tweak something, just reach out to us and we will do our best to help accommodate you.
We want you to feel at home.

Guest access

Our guests will have access to the entire home including the 2 car garage. The house is located on the LG Daley Farm in the Milburn Valley.

Interaction with guests

My wife, Angie and I live on the ranch in the house next door. We're available to answer any questions and give recommendations for places to eat, and activities around town, if you like. Or, we will just let you enjoy the peace and quiet.

Other things to note

We live on a cattle ranch, hence there will be cattle. From time to time you will see us out on the tractor or in the fields. You are welcome to watch what we do, but please respect the animals, the rancher and their space.

Beautiful, charming place that feels like home. Spectacular views, friendly neighbors, easy to find great places to eat, games for the kids and food supplies to satisfy your midnight cravings or to make it easy to pick up a few things and make a meal. Ask about having someone bring their horses over -- we spent a day riding around the valley until we were all sore!

Peaceful, quiet and filled with so many thoughtful personal touches. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and everything was immaculate. We took a walk after dinner and saw three deer! We will definitely return to this lovely home.

Beautiful location with lots of space. You will definitely feel at home here and the house had all the essentials you need. Check in was easy and we were able to park in the garage (a bonus since it started to rain when we got there). I would recommend this place if you want to stay at a farm house or have some peace and quiet (but still be close to town).

We stayed at Lynn's place on our way from Yellowstone to Bryce Canyon National Park. It was perfect. We loved the hay-scented air, the quietness and sunset views across farmers' fields. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything you can want for. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Lynn!

Lynn and Angie took excellent care of us while we stayed in their beautiful, quaint "Farm House". But it wasn't as much a "house" as a "home away from home". They thought of every detail for our family: welcome snacks for the kids and homemade bread, honey, and jam for the adults. Whenever we had a need or request they were immediately responsive no matter the degree of urgency. We will definitely be staying here again!

We traveled with two young children along with my wife and myself. We stayed several nights. The attention to detail for our stay was unbelievable. Many things the host did were personalized to our specific stay and aged children. Additionally, the home had a wonderful feeling of love; almost as though it was seeping from the walls into our hearts. The location was easy to find and a perfect place to unwind. Each morning we woke up feeling refreshed. The vistas really brought home the beauty of the Sanpete County mountains, smells, and noises. We can't wait to go back. The furniture in the home and outside the home really hit the spot, from the extremely comfortable reclining chairs to the patio chairs, my wife and I were really able to relax while our children retired for the evening. We had a BBQ the first evening and the grill was perfect. All the cooking barbecue tools were supplied. Everything in the kitchen was in order and easy to find. The beds were quite comfortable. The layout overall supported our family very nicely and we had plenty of extra room. I give this home a solid 5 stars with no reservations. Book with confidence!

Lynn User ProfileLynn is a superhost.

Lynn & Angie are cattle ranchers (running the same farm Lynn grew up on), lovers of small town life, travelers to exciting places (foreign & domestic), and family people (4 children & 2 grandchildren).

When not working on the ranch or playing with the grandkids, Lynn is a general contractor building custom homes in the valley & Angie is directing and performing as a member of the local community theater group.

We believe every day is a gift, so spend it well.
