2. Smoking only on the balcony, please. No smoking inside.

4. Please keep the place tidy and respect the neighbors.
The room is as beautiful as the picture, although it's a little bit far from the airport in Quezon, but also avoid the noisy area, it's very quiet and convenient where are a lot of restaurants downstairs. The scenery is beautiful through the small balcony! And the house has security at the entrance, very safe! Unfortunately time is too short to stay in Manila, there is no chance to see Pia, but she is still very enthusiastic to help us.
We did not get the opportunity to meet Pia but we have been in touch with her even before our arrival. It was a great place to stay, comfortable and you get a feeling of warmth. It is also in a good location to get public transport, since most of our work is within the Quezon City area Pia's place is really perfect. We definitely would love to be back again in her place.
Pia was such a great host! Any questions we had during our stay were addressed almost instantly. We stayed at her place for a month and everything was perfect. Before the new year arrived, Pia sent a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. You wouldn't find a better host! She is friendly, helpful, and caring. I always felt that our stay was one of her top priorities and that – I appreciate very much!
The unit is spacious and the love and care put into it would be very obvious. The apartment is very warm and welcoming. I stayed for a month and it felt like home! I highly recommend Pia's apartment. If I ever find myself back in Metro Manila anytime soon, I would definitely come back! The neighborhood felt like I had been living there for a while and I wish I could be there right now.
Book her unit; you won't regret it!
Pia's place is great. It feels like a home - which is what makes it stand out from other places I have stayed in Manila so far. Cannot fault it - I would definitely stay again....
The neighborhood is also great - with lots of good places to eat nearby - and within walking distance to 2 train stations
Had a great stay in Pia's condo. She was very friendly and accommodating. Location was great lots of different places to eat, will definitely be back again! :)
Pias place was nice, cute, cozy and comfortable. Has a great view of the city and security people were nice and hospitable as well. Location was convenient to the prime location in quezon city. Nearby the happening places at night in QC area and lots of restaurants to go to during the day. It is also near the monorail transit if you want to go to ortigas or makati which is faster and cheaper than taking a cab. If you want to stay in the city without feeling too crammed and crowded and have a relaxed enjoyable stay I would definitely recommend her place.
I'm a media professional who has spent the last eight years doing online journalism, social media marketing, and documentary video production for one of the Philippines' top TV networks. Three of my favorite things to do: travel, eat, and bike. I seek out authentic and experiential travel. When on the road, I always seek out that location's unique food, culture, and nature. I also believe biking is one of the best ways to experience a place.
